How to Order from Us

There are NO UK delivery costs and NO set-up, design or origination charges - everything is included in the advertised price (excluding VAT)

We've made it as easy as possible to order products from us – simply select your product(s) online or enquire directly with us – it's that easy!

Online ordering

  1. Choose your product and check the production lead time (shown in the description) to ensure we can meet your delivery date.
  2. Manually input the product quantity required (remember to check out the bulk buy discount table for big savings if larger quantities are ordered) 
  3. Then (If advertised) please select your option(s) for the product (i.e. colour or size of product) where this is shown.
  4. Please upload your desired logoand enter in any other information you would like to have branded onto the product in the box shown (i.e. contact details / website/ social icons etc.)
  5. Once complete add your order to the basket, and continue shopping to add more items to the basket or go straight to checkout.
  6. Once in the checkout, enter your desired delivery date (noting the production lead time in step 1) and address information and follow the instructions on each step of this process.
  7. Payment can be made online (by using credit/debit cards and paypal) or offline by BACS or emailed payment link (or a credit account if this has been set-up)
  8. Once your order has been received, work on your product design can begin.
  9. When your artwork has been completed, we will send you a proof by e-mail, for your design approval.
  10. Please carefully check your logo, colours and spelling before approving and return to us. If any amendments need to be made just let us know and we'll get an updated proof sent to you.
  11. The sooner you get your approval back to us, the quicker we can get your product into production.
  12. Once in production an order confirmation will be sent to you.  This document will confirm the delivery address and date of your order.

Offline/Quote enquiry ordering

Alternatively If you are looking to order manually, or would like a quote or need a completely different quantity or branding option - please give us a call or e-mail us.

Once we receive your enquiry we will get back to you as soon as possible with a competitive quote and delivery date.

All we ask is that you let us have the following information to help us work out an accurate and competitive quote:

  • The quantity of each product that you require
  • The number of colours you would like branded on to the product
  • The number of positions you would like branded on the product (for example, the barrel and clip of a pen)
  • The date you would like the products delivered

If you already have a design or logo, it would be helpful if you attach a copy of this. If you have any other comments you wish to add please do let us know.

Once you have accepted our quote and are ready to order, simply let us know your requirements or send us a purchase order.

Once your order has been received, work on your artwork can begin.

When your artwork has been completed, we will send you a proof by e-mail as an artwork approval form.

Please carefully check your logo, colour matches and spelling then sign the sheet to show that you approve the artwork e-mail your approval back to us.

If any amendments need to be made just let us know and we'll get an updated proof to you.

The sooner you return your confirmed proof approval to us, the quicker we can get your product into production!

Once in production an order confirmation will be sent to you.  This document will confirm the delivery address and date of your order.
